The belt conveyor installed in the open air, especially the cross-country long-distance belt conveyor, will also cause the belt to run due to weather changes such as wind, rain, and snow.
Deviation caused by the conveyor belt itself
(1) The middle of the core layer of the conveyor belt itself, especially the middle force of the steel cord conveyor belt is uneven, and the uneven force of the two-way steel wire rope will inevitably lead to the deflection of the conveyor belt.
(2) The conveyor belt is not standardized, and it will cause deviation if it is made into a serpentine shape.
(3) The quality assurance of the conveyor belt joint should ensure its tensile strength. Instead, make sure that the cut edge of the splice is perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor belt so that the length of the endless belt after the splice changes, otherwise it will cause the conveyor belt to deviate.
